Founded by Thadd Turner and Robert Turner in 2004, Talmarc Film Productions is a full service
film production company. Partner Carol Manning joined in 2005. Talmarc has produced or provided services on over a dozen feature
films, documentaries, and videos in the worldwide market.
Thadd Turner
Producer/Director/Writer -
Winner of several prestigious film awards, including the 2010 Western Heritage
Wrangler Award for the History Channel's Cowboys and Outlaws: The Real Wyatt Earp, the 2007 Western
Heritage Wrangler Award as executive producer for Truce; and the 2006 Western Writer's of America Spur Award
as screenwriter and producer for Best Drama Script Miracle at Sage Creek. Thadd directed the Marvista
Entertainment feature film Rodeo & Juliet and directed country music artist Clay Walker's music video Jesse
James. He will direct upcoming feature films Diamond Rose, Bloody Knuckles, Palominas, Buttermilk
Sky and Lottie Deno. He has written over a seventeen screenplays, with several in development or
pre-production. Other film projects include The Adobe Castle, Texas Hold 'Em, Taxidermist, Diamond
Heart, The Rez, Johnny Kidd, Gold Run, The Magic Season, The Prophet Margin, Revolutionary Man and The Last
Horseman.
Lenny Mesi
Producer/Writer -
Worked for twenty years in the music industry as a producer and
manager, and then with Technicolor for ten years as a Cinetechnician, before joiningTalmarc Production as production coordinator
on the award winning Miracle at Sage Creek. Lenny has written and developed several screenplays, including
My Father's Son scheduled for filming in 2016.
Christopher F. Davis
Consulting Producer/Marketing/Distribution -
Has over eighteen years executive experience in studio marketing and distribution strategy, working with the Walt
Disney Company and Warner Bros on their major marketing campaigns for all primary theatrical releases. Mr. Davis
has recently been named President of Distribution and Marketing for newly formed digital cinema theatrical releasing
company Hometown Studio & Distribution.
Gary Hirsch
Consulting Producer, Entertainment Attorney -
Spent twenty years at Sony in their legal department packaging over 200 feature
films for distribution and was Executive Vice President of Operations at Avi Lerner's First Look Studios. Gary has
extensive relationships at Sony, Fox, First Look and Millenium Films.
