TALMARC PRODUCTION SERVICES is a full service motion picture production company that provides general production services for feature films, television & cable serials, movies of the week, documentaries, reenactments, student films, short films, and other projects looking to shoot principal photography in New Mexico.

Talmarc can provide the convenience of a "one stop" full service production coordination company for out-of-state film makers and producers looking to simplify their local needs. Services available include providing budgeting, cash flow statements, production coordinator, line producer, unit production manager, director, cinematographer, first assistant director, stunt coordinator, construction boss, other keys and crew, location manager, casting, extras, reenactors, costume designer, wardrobe, makeup & hair, camera and equipment rentals, sound mix & boom operators, picture vehicles, horses, wagons, wranglers, lodging, catering, security, weapons, tack, gun belt rigs, armorer, steam train and track services, and all other services you may require to complete your film production on time and under budget. We can provide all or any part of the above, as we are here to fit your specific needs.

Talmarc can also help with explaining, estimating, and servicing the 25% New Mexico cash rebate incentive program available to producers for all film production monies spent in state, this includes features, serials, reenactments, documentaries, shorts, and other low budget productions, and we can provide assistance to qualified production companies looking to borrow monies from the New Mexico film loan program with packaging their loan applications.

Talmarc can also help film makers find domestic and foreign distribution for dvd, television, and theatrical market releases. We have relationships with several major studios, television cable networks, co-production companies, sales agents, dvd distributors, and have a releasing agreement in place with Hometown Studios & Distribution Company for digital theatrical releasing nationwide up to 1,200 screens. Talmarc may be able to help with partial financing, closing funds, and P&A expenses, each production is reviewed and treated individually.

Recent Talmarc film releases include the award winning features Truce, winner of the 2007 Western Heritage Award for Best Western Feature; Christmas Miracle at Sage Creek, 2006 Spur Award for Best Drama Script from the Western Writers of America and winner of the 2007 Best Picture award from the Southern California Motion Picture Council. Miracle at Sage Creek is now airing on cable television networks Starz Encore and Showtime, and is available on dvd through Universal Home Entertainment. Other releases include: 7 Mummies, The Making of Miracle at Sage Creek, and Animal Planet’s On The Set of Miracle at Sage Creek aired on Animal Planet Europe Networks. Feature films in active development and production, include Westerns The Last Horseman, The Hard Ride, and Palominas, family projects Johnny Kidd, Shannon’s Rainbow, and Buttermilk Sky, action/drama The Rez, and horror/thriller Taxidermist. Several films are scheduled to shoot in New Mexico in 2009 and 2010.

Founded by producer/writer/director Thadd Turner in 2004, Talmarc Productions’ business offices are located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Thadd is a member of the Writers Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild, and Western Writers of America. Producer/director Justin Kreinbrink released his directing debut feature The Decoy to dvd in 2007 through Echo Bridge Entertainment. Justin is a Southwest Regional board member of the Screen Actors Guild and president of the Independent Film Association of Southern Arizona. Stunt coordinator and construction manager Ronnie Jaynes is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and Stuntman’s Association; production manager Lenny Mesi has been with Talmarc Productions since 2005; and locations assistant Thomas Wingate currently operates and manages the physical set locations at Eaves Movie Ranch.

Talmarc Productions has a close working relationship with Imogene Hughes owner/operator of Bonanza Creek Film Ranch Locations situated on several thousand acres near the Eaves Movie Ranch offices, which boasts two recently remodeled Western towns, several other period buildings, two full size working barns, two ponds, covered tree areas, hillsides, spacious open range, log walled frontier fort, miles of dirt roads, and several structures for special events.
